Logging into VitalCare Connect
Note: before logging into VitalCare, your facility must be configured depending on your EHR integration or by setting up a Facility Manager access. Contact your CSM for more information.
Logging into VitalCare Connect
The following options are available when logging into VitalCare Connect:

Sign in with PointClickCare
- Direct login is available for facilities using PCC where nurses have usernames and passwords (managed through PCC)
- Usernames are case sensitive
- Facility alpha prefix is required (e.g. pghc.username)
- If Microsoft SSO is enabled for your facility in PCC, use the "Sign in with SSO" option.
- Direct login is available for facilities using PCC where nurses have usernames and passwords (managed through PCC)
- Email/Username Login
- Facility Manager roles must first be assigned in order to:
- Add new users to your facility in VitalCare
- Manage and send password reset emails for your staff
- This option is available for those using MatrixCare or alternative EHR systems
- Facility Manager roles must first be assigned in order to:
- Provider Login
- This is used exclusively by VitalCare Connect providers and is not for facility or Medical Director partner use
